Quint Studer has the talent to make the complex simple. In his latest book, Building a Vibrant Community, he turns this talent to community building and delivers a story and action steps that gives community leaders the toolset to create the change that many of us have been thinking about for years. What is so powerful about Quint’s work is he shares all his learning and resources with his readers, taking them on the learning journey saving us valuable time and money. Creating a vibrant community is not an easy task as Quint points out but it can be done project by project if we connect the work and engage everyone. We are at a critical time in our towns. For many of us we either move forward or we decline to a point where we can’t come back. Every town has something special to rally around and Quint’s book helps us do that.

Quint Studer has "lite a fire" in our community. This book, when used as he suggest, will provide a blueprint for community transformation. We are already beginning to see incredible movement toward revitalizing our downtown. His emphasis on early childhood development is much needed in our community and we are, again, already getting "buy in" from community leaders and educators.
