Good connectivity a lot of capabilities
Excellent scanner Easy to use fast functions Easy to connect Auto vin works well not on all cars but easily selected manually if necessary It has a lot of functions and it’s compatible with a lot of makes and models so far I used it on bmw ford and Mazda.

Great bit of kit.
Superb bit of kit. Have fixed so many cars since buying it. Very accurate, easy to use and upto date data. Wish I'd bought one years ago... hope it lasts, time will tell.

good item
i have used this a couple of times on a few different cars now and it is easy to use and does its job, i am still yet to use some of the features but overall it is a good item, i would buy this if your a diyer or amateur mechanic rather than the cheaper version because it has a lot more functions

Excellent for quick diagnostics.
An excellent bit of kit for quick diagnostics, covers the four main systems well, updates easily too. It's not a replacement for professional kit with live data reading etc but as a quick code read to start your meter checks etc it works very well, connects easily and quickly. I bought this for home use after a colleague had one on trial (I'm a vehicle tech with 35 years in the trade) and it's a very useful tool. It's far and away better than the Bluetooth/phone app diag setups that are prolific these days and promise the world.

Don't waste your money
Used a few times, did an update and now hasn't worked since, tried to contact launch but won't help as bought from amazon, this model is the CRP909X, cannot find a way to contact the seller and if returned have to wait over 30 days to get the money back so I would say don't bother as no help available when they go wrong, did 1 star as couldn't put none bought Sept 23 and hasn't worked for months

Great piece of kit 👍🏻
Bought this a couple of months ago to replace an older more basic scanning tool, picked up faults that my old one didn't on my ford Kuga. It does everything I need it to, can't fault it so far.
