Spanish Pickled Garlic, 15.9 Ounces (Pack of 2)

Crisp and brine taste upon receipt. As expected. But that’s not what I buy these for. I have a very old jar I use for a culture seed (fermented) , so I dump a couple teaspoons of brine out of new jar and add couple back from seed jar. Into fridge and also add 2-3 Calabrian chili peppers torn up in jar. Into fridge and about 2mo later you see brine turn gold, and taste is out of this world. Cloves soften slightly and are excellent on a skewer in a dirty martini. I use these little jewels in lots of stuff. Thin sliced and added to a can premium tuna with some diced marinated artichoke and a tablespoon of mayo. Photo is Cajun sausage in bun with blue cheese crumbles and these chopped spicy pickled garlic as a relish.

I have been eating two pieces of these every morning for years. Suffice to say, I have loved this and it is always stocked in my home. Sometimes the taste changes slightly with eat set I get, but it hasn’t been a problem before. Unfortunately both bottles I received this time, the garlic is bitter. Not sure what happened, but I will see if I can find a way to make them edible. These are normally amazing.

I was so happy to find 33 oz of pickled garlic without having to pay a ton of money! I worried that they wouldn't be like the pickled garlic (only 2.2oz jars) I bought from the grocery store. I was MORE THAN HAPPY that they were even better! Thank you so much!!!! The packaging is impeccable... neither jars broke and were safely wrapped in a really good amount of bubble wrap. I now am having them delivered every 2 weeks! So happy!

Best pickled Garlic- worst shipping situation. Someone clearly thought there was a leak so they taped it significantly around the lid— it all leaked anyway. Very weird. I’ve had this brand of pickled garlic before. I love the flavor. But this was sketchy and not safe to eat from. Why even ship a leaky bottle?! Bummed.

One container was fine, but the other one leaked and half the liquid was gone. Flavor wise it's okay, but it's heavy on the water, and lacking some bite for my tastes.

Packing was great. Very well wrapped in bubble wrap. They are packaged in glass, which is so much better then plastic. They are crunchy, but very salty. Way too salty for my taste. I will take the second bottle to the next church potluck.

Was not expecting these to be this tasty! Wow! I saw a video of a person eating these straight from the jar by the spoonful and I thought, I have to try these! Sure enough, I'm eating them by the spoonful as well! Garlic is so good for you! Never did I think I would be eating this much at one sitting though. So good! I will note the expiration date is short (it's almost February and they expire March) but they'll be eaten by then.

These are amazing. The have just a ton of flavor. The first time I bought pickled garlic I bought a highly rated brand of "Amish pickled garlic" it was just gross I got 2 jars one regular and one spicy both if those had so much sugar in them they were just gross. So I was worried about buying these. After reading the reviews I decided to pull the trigger and boy am I happy I did. I LOVE these. I'm a big fan of garlic. I eat cloves of it raw. I mean I will chop 6-8 raw cloves up and add them to my sandwich like it mayo. That's how much I'm into garlic. Now that's not to say these are a potent garlic flavor. The garlic flavor is definitely mellow and the pickle brine is the perfect balance of salty briney goodness with just a punch of tartness and a nice garlicky finish. I had to stop myself from killing off the first jar as soon as I opened it. If you're a fan of garlic I can't recommend these enough.
