This shoulder warmer is fantastic for aching muscles, stiff neck, headaches, and the smell is amazing. I highly recommend this item. I have been purchasing these for years and as one wears out I buy a new one.

I agree with the others who said this -cheaply made. I first bought one of these almost 20 years ago. That thing lasted with regular use all of those years! In November it finally started developing holes. I made sure I ordered another one of the same brand expecting another 20 years of a good product. Well, how about less than two months? Last night I heated it, and when I picked it up, rice or whatever it is started leaking out of a 2” split-yes, a split not a tear- in the fabric on a seam line. This thing was nearly $25.00 for Petes sake!! I cannot seem to locate the company directly, so Im saying my piece here. I am still within the return time frame, of course, but it seems the return shipping is on me. I have already wasted a ridiculous amount on a cheaply fashioned bag of rice. Not gonna do it. If you order this piece of junk, consider yourself warned.

I love what this thing does, but the scent is overwhelming and 5 months later is still lingering.

I used this for my back and for my shoulders and neck. It smells wonderful, heats up well and was effective at easing my muscles.

It was time to replace my old one. Quality seems to be good, herbal smell a little strong but I like it. Very soothing!
