Awesome Fire safety
Actually used the product while deployed to a wildland fire. While fighting a CA wildfire, came across a home we were defending in which the ones had left the kit attached to their garden hose. Was surprised at how well the foam was delivered and added additional protection to the residence. I've now purchased 2 for our home.

i have four of these type units, i make boxes and mount them near hose valves. i have one on a pul tank by rears that i keep filled and attached to tractor during fire season. seem a little pricey considering what them are

Great wetting agent to soak your house and sheds before the sparks come.
Solid product, excellent information on DVD. I live in a dry, rural California canyon and my house burned down 4 years ago. If you have plenty of water pressure, which we do, there is no need to buy a $4k self contained foam machine. This device has the soap and mixer - you supply the hose and water! A big misconception I had was that a layer of foam would remain to protect from fire sparks. Foams don't work like that. The foam just makes the water soak into the flammable materials better than plain water so it stays wet longer. I'm pretty sure I won't have enough time to go through all the foam cartridges in case of a fire evacuation, so I'm happy with the 3 foam cartridges included. It gives me some peace of mind to know I have something effective to prepare my place with before evacuation.
