The picture shows three blades for thicker grout line. How many are included?

Hello, two blades come with this Grout Grabber. Additional blades are available through our website TileToolsdotcom.

where do you buy replacement blades, and how long does a blade last?

You buy replacement blades from Amazon. The blade life depends on the hardness of the grout. I have replaced about eleven 12" x 12" tiles and the blade is still like new. I do not push down on the tool and just let it do the work. Good luck.
