does it have a right angle plug into wall (space saving )

Does not angle right or left. It's a standard plug but flat. Not super slim flat compared to the Belkin BE112234 plug.

What is the clamping voltage on this?

If the clamping voltage is like the comments have stated, I would stay away from this product. The maximum clamping voltage should 400, preferably less. Clamping voltage on the L-N, O-G, and N-G lines.

Is this product UL certified? My work requires that all electronic products be UL certified. The certification is usually found on the box.

There is a UL Listed sticker on the bottom of the surge protector. Here's a link to a photo:http://aehass.zenfolio.com/p218402084/h370c0f13#h370c0f13
