Had so many good sleeps at night since bought pillow wishing I'd bought bigger size for bed aswell

Lovely and cooling but doesn't last long before getting sweaty. Works enough initially to give some relief.

I have a condition which sometimes makes the skin on my back feel irritated and hot. I bought the pillow to put against my back when I'm sitting in the evening and have found it very soothing. It doesn't stay cold for hours but the next time I use it it's back to cold again so does the job for me. Worth a try.

Very good but gets warm quickly

Disappointed. Most uncomfortable. Too much so that couldn’t use long enough to get any benefit.

Felt cool when I first got into bed, woke up during night only to find, it was the same temperature as me ! Not sure if other more expensive ones will work, but wasted my money on this one. Don't bother wasting yours.
