I bought these bands for my daughters physical therapy exercises since she's been a toe-walker her entire life. She had little to no range of motion in her ankle and her calves to her hips were extremely tight. The loop bands have been so much nicer than the strips that the PT clinic gave us since these don't fall off, she has something to grip as she stretches and we can grab them as well. There has been a noticeable difference in what she gets out of the exercises as well as her frustration going down with less issues caused by the strips.I highly recommend these for anyone in need of exercise or PT since they work fantastic, easy to store in the pouch and drop in to a drawer and are far more reliable than anything I've encountered since we have started PT (8+ weeks).

I use this band in my Pilates class and for weights workouts at home. It's perfect. The verity of exercises is limitless. The resistance range (mine is the orange 15-35 lbs) is excellent for different types of workouts and its long length allows you to work on both legs or both arms without the need to readjust it. It comes with a little black case which makes the portability and storage super easy and comfortable.This is a very good product. Better quality and much cheaper than those I saw in the sporting goods stores. I definitely recommend it to others.

I got this for my boys who are just now enjoying working out. They are pretty good at pull ups and "kipping" but needed a little help. Showed them how to use it and other ways to use the band. They said it works great and I should order more. (I personally would order the blue or the black cause I am horrible at pull ups. I like soft hands, is that so wrong). These are great! They are small enough to pack when I'm on the road, and work well. I can hook the onto a table leg, or hold in place with my other hand. I will be getting a lot of use out of these and I highly recommend.

Fantastic way to get your workout in anywhere you go! I've been using these in my office while I'm taking a break from programming to do a variety of exercises. Starting with the x-light band, I do arm curls, static high knees, standing hip abduction, and then some arm flys. Highly recommended!

I love these bands. I worked in rehabilitation centers for many years and these are very similar to the therapeutic grade bands that we used in the clinics.
