Great moisturizer, sensitive skin
This has been my go-to product for 2 decades. I have eczema on my feet but sensitive skin all over. A dermatologist told me about this product and it works great. I apply at bedtime and before getting dressed in morning. Stops the itching and keeps feet well moisturized. Product is thick but not greasy. Great to soothe and moisturize sunburn. I live in northern climate. This is good for keeping moisture in hands for cold winter days.

Great cream
I was badly burned at age 8, and now at age 71 continue to use cream to keep the scars from 3rd degree burns, moisturized. I also have a hyper immune response to allergies. Not only is Vanicream hypoallergenic but it is great for keeping the scarred skin well moisturized.

This cream is the best!
If you have very dry skin and you feel like you need to reapply lotion 20 minutes after the first application, GET THIS CREAM!! It’s very thick and moisturizing and lasts a long time on your skin. The only drawback for me is that it’s unscented. Easily fixed with a few drops of your favorite scented essential oil, though. This is truly the only cream that has helped my super dry skin over the winter.

Expensive but worth it
This is an expensive product but nothing beats it for eczema. The refills also don't make it seem like you waste a pump every time.
