This Bluetooth receiver is AWFUL! It does work, BUT, after my first session of using it I decided to move it to another USB port as the one it was in is my headset port usually. Upon gently pulling it out of the USB port, the whole receiver broke into about five plastic pieces. My husband was able to reassemble it, but whenever we try to plug it in, the whole thing breaks into those same five pieces. One of those pieces is the side button to sync to your remote, and it is TINY! After the second time of reassembling it, the black piece is lost. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, being able to insert it only ONE time before it breaks is ridiculous and makes it unusable.

It didn't work and did not sync with my xbox one controller. The light ended up dying in a week and I could not return it cause of the return policy. I didn't return it cause it didn't come with a manual. So I was trying to look for them online and seeing maybe if I was doing it wrong cause you have to press the the button on the dongle then turn on controller and press the sync button on it. I want my money back but can't talk to seller. And warranty through amazon is limited. I got scammed. It didn't come in its casing either and just in an envelope with nothing else.

The plastic casing falls apart with the slightest bump, and with the size of it, it's very easy to hit when it sticks out from your computer so far. I bought a second one of these because the first one broke when I bumped it. The cheap plastic casing exploded and fell apart leaving just the motherboard (which is WAY smaller than the case itself), I thought the first one was my fault so bought another, the same thing happened within days of buying the second one, with an even softer bump. These are cheap pieces of crap that hardly work properly when they do.

Worked for first gen Xone Remote but only 3 feet stretch, The cabled remotes stretch 6 feet and longer. I can only use this with my laptop due to the distance. Will NOT work for the Xone 2nd gen remotes. "the new model with the picture button between start and select"

I am very disappointed with this product and you SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM, this item has a very thin layer of plastic around a super tiny microchip with a new usb plug in it. If you are thinking of buying an adapter for your pc, BUY THE MICROSOFT ADAPTER (IT IS WORTH THE MONEY). This is not worth the money.

It works fine...if you’re 5cm away from it. Any farther and it won’t maintain a connection. In fact it won’t connect at all. Even when you’re close to it your controller will randomly drop connection with it anyway. DO NOT BUY THIS. It’s poorly made and not worth your money.
