My husband uses this nasal spray and he says it works just as well as Afrin for a fraction of the cost! He recommends this product.

I’ve dealt with ongoing nasal congestion for years, so I’ve tried quite a few nasal sprays. This works just as well for me as the name-brand version. It helps open up my nasal passages, has no weird taste, and really does stay no-drip.I also find it useful when I’m especially congested because once my nasal passages are opened up, my Flonase can actually reach where it needs to and work better. The label does say not to use this product for more than 3 days, so I follow that guidance rather than using it continuously.Overall, very effective and an easy 5 stars for me.

Works well and lasts for several hours. It has a menthol sent to it. It helps me clear my nasal passages and improve my breathing when I’m congested. It’s a 1 ounce bottle and a standard size.

I've been using naisel spray for years. I'm 67 and not sure but been using different bands for 30 plus years??? First off, yes your nose will get addicted to HCI .05% but that's the active ingredient to open those naisels. Naisel moisture won't do it. And I've found that all the spray no drip are a bit of a pain to open and this was no different than name brand for me. And if it's going down your throat it's not the sprays fault, one needs to know how to apply it. And a big yes on getting a full ounce for this price. Afrin has trimed 1/3 quanty from their bottles and are still charging the same price. As for the ones that are 1/2 ounce, that's a joke if you use it regulary. I've tried this full ounce Amazon basic with menthol and it's a winner I my book. Compares to the Costco brand I use to get until they stopped carrying it. Pay more for name brand and get less doesn't work for me. This is my new go to spray and happy with it.

Used that "other" brand for years but they switched the containers to something wretched and unusable and even changed something in the ingredients to where they don't work as well as they did before the change.THIS IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER!THIS IS SOOOOO MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE!I'm honestly kind of kicking myself for not trying this ages ago - the menthol scent is very effective and helps and I stay clear and breathing much longer and is true to the package. I'm honestly really super impressed - would never have thought it would have worked as well as, (let alone better than) the name brand!! This is the absolute best way to have been proven wrong lol.Same main ingredients as brand names but much better supporting ingredients. Some folks think that the "inactive" ones don't matter, but they really do. This is top notch and I'm breathing much better nowadays.

Works as well as Mucinex, Afrin, and Sinex (at least!). I have used Mucinex for YEARS and Amazon Basic Care No Drip spray is outstanding. It has the same active ingredient as ALL of the other brands YET is about HALF the price! I just ordered more of this product and now have it on subscribe and save. I only regret that I didn't find this product untiljust a few days ago.
