Q: How long should this be worn daily?

We use it all day, every day, over clothes so we can do diaper changes with it on. We only take it off for outfit changes. It works! We plan on using it until my baby's muscles can hold in the hernia under pressure (during poops, cries, and gas).

Q: The instructions is so confusing. After the five day what pad do we use? It’s not specific

It is very easy and so useful too. In 2 weeks it help my son. Put it on as belt on direct his bellybutton pushed down the hernia use small pad and use only when the baby in sleep and napping time as well.

Q: Where is the instructions about when to put it on and for how long ??

Mine did not come with instructions either.
