Since this has bitter almonds as an ingredient, is there any detectable cyanide in this extract? If so, how much?

McCormick Pure Almond extract is the perfect balance of fruity and nutty. McCormick Pure Almond Extract is made with natural Bitter Almond Oil, which is a natural flavor derived from the volatile oil obtained from apricot kernels, not almond, and does not contain cyanide. ~ Erica

Can I use this in making balms and body butters?

This is almond extract, mainly for cooking. I would use almond oil for the balms and body butters or almond essential oil if you were going for the scent.

Is there sugar in this?

Can u mix few drops in warm milk??

Yes, you can add McCormick Pure Almond Extract to warm milk. Keep in mind that when first opened, it is not unusual for an extract to have a strong smell. Oven heat and baking time will dissipate the alcohol flavor profile of the extract and will allow the extract flavor to bloom and enhance your recipe. ~JM
