Normal sized capsules. No odd smell. No odd taste. Easy to take before or during meals.Not sure why some complain about the ingredients, Seems to be more allergen free from what I have read.I purchased these for free or a discounted price to use, and to give my unbiased opinion.

It is too early to say much about this product, but in only a few days I can feel a difference, as when the liver is cleansed the body works better, hormones are more balanced.
