How small does the belt gets?

It gets really small. It can be adjusted. Way small for man or woman.

What does 100% Paper mean???

This shotshell belt is made of typical materials used for this kind of product (buckle is plastic, belt and loops are a sturdy woven cloth often seen in tactical accessories and sewn by nylon or similar durable thread). In other words, the product is 0% paper. You can safely ignore the "100% paper" description and base your purchase decision on other factors. For example, when filled up with all 25 12 gauge shotshells the brass rims of the shells overlapped, making it difficult to rapidly extract the shells from the belt. I solved this by removing every third shotshell; leaving 17 shotshells in the belt. For me this was good enough - considering the low price of the belt. See more in my three star (***) review.

how large does the best go to?

I think it's 50 inches long. Should be about a 48 inch waist give or take.

how long is it? could it work as a cheap bandolier?

The shotgun shell holder is 53" measuring from plastic tip to plastic buckle tip. Depending upon your build, I suppose it could be used as a cheap, rather stiff bandolier.

Nice for a small bandolier

Seems really nice, I stuffed it full of shotshells and they fit the elastic really well, they definitely won't fall out, but I can easily get them out when I need them. I use it bandolier style and it was long enough for that.

Inexpensive Quality Tough 12 GA Belt

This is a super belt for the money, heavy duty elastic thoroughly stitched to a fine durable stiff belt as it needs to be especially if you let it out for over the shoulder application. You can pay three times as much for something similar or just go ahead and buy three now as you will not be disappointed, it’s a super bargain.
