This manual is far superior to the TM you can download online. it covers operations, disassembly, repair and maintenance of both the M4 and M1014 in clear detail. Every part and assembly are shown in detailed photos and line drawings and is written at the armorer level so you can accomplish any repair or maintenance you may ever have to do. If you own an M4 or M1014 get this manual!

False advertisement.
Beware! The cover of this publication says that it is "The Complete... Operations, Maintenance, & Repair Guide". It is definitely NOT the "Operations" guide, but the "Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance Manual" TM 10698A-23B&P2. Basic operator's procedures are provided in TM 10698A-10/1, M1014 Operator's Manual with Components List, which this booklet does not contain.

Just know that this manual is the old version of the US Manual for the M1014/M4. Still has some useful info but is out of date.
