How do you push the one pin down for a full circle spray?

You don't. You just push each pin around to the back and let the sprinkler oscillate each direction and that gives pretty much a full circle of spray if you don't set it on gull distance and allow the spray to fan out a bit.

Does anyone know how many gallons per hour this thing uses?
