As a graphic designer, I tend to be always using some sort of ruler. This set takes the cake; they are super flexible and sturdy. Print on the ruler is clear and understandable. Super easy to use.

I use only transparent rulers with measurement and grid marks when I’m writing by hand or drawing something where perfectly straight lines are needed. I’m delighted with these rulers. They are sturdy, accurate and easy to use. My cat plays with the 6” ruler, so I can attest these rulers are scratch resistant! This set of rulers is a great value for my money. Perhaps, most importantly, they come with a sturdy plastic zip lock case I can store them in, which means I won’t lose any of them!

Good for kids. I bought for pattern fitting which I don’t recommend. I prefer more sturdy measuring tools. My fault as I don’t like to spend lots of $ as I don’t have it. Sometimes one or 2 quality pieces are better than many iffy pieces.

These rulers come in handy when im trying to make precise cuts for my art and photos. I can actually see through them and see where my alignments are off. I highly recommend. They're thin, but still feel pretty solid. If you are a crafter like me, these are the way to go.

Great ruler set for sewing. I love having different sizes. I get less annoyed making patterns when I have these accessible. And I get easily annoyed. Worth the price.

I love rulers that you can see through. It helps me lineup cuts so much better. That said they are not thick enough so it’s very easy to drag an X-Acto knife right over the ruler and into your hand. I have to concentrate and be focused when I use these things because it’s really easy to jump the track. If these rulers were a couple of millimeters thicker, it would be a game changer.

I am a ruler freak and am always looking for good easy to read rulers. My centering ruler was so worn out it was getting hard to read. I found this nice set of 'see through' rulers on Amazon and ordered them. The description mentioned the grid was inside the rulers, not on the surface, but I wasn't sure what that meant. My pictures show what this means, and I feel it makes a difference. The first picture shows a Wescott ruler and the Kearing companies rulers. In pictures 2 & 3, the Wescott ruler reveals shadow of the surface grid is apparent, and the Kearing grid has more precise lines. Picture 3 shows the Wescott rulers thicker applied surface grid in comparison to the Kearing's internal grid lines. The shadow of the Wescott grid is easily seen. My old worn out Wescott ruler grid lines were still intact, it was the clear plastic that had become translucent and all 'see through' rulers will eventually become translucent through heavy use. It might seem somewhat trivial to make a point of how the grid lines are printed, but I find the shadows annoying and will now have a strong bias towards the insde grid lines. Both rulers would get 5 ☆'s, with the Kearing getting a higher 5!

These rulers make measuring my leather projects easier and exact. Great products.
