I ordered 4 thai style green curry, only got 3. the 4th was a different kind. how do i get what i ordered?

Would this be considered mild or does it have a very spicy kick? Looking for something mild. A little heat is ok, but not hot.

It’s not very hot. It’s got a great flavor. I would consider it mild.

How many calories are in 1 Tablespoon ?

The bottle says there are 0 calories per 1/4 tsp serving. Unless there are trace calories, there will also be 0 calories in one tablespoon. However, it has 80 mg of sodium per 1/4 tsp. As there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon, that means 12 x 80, or 960 mg of sodium. If you're controlling the sodium in your diet, that would be a lot. But using one tablespoon means you're probably making a large batch of something, so the sodium load would be divided when served.
