Incredible coffee machine. I prefer this to what I can get at expensive coffee stands. It makes a great, consistent espresso and foams the milk beautifully. Well worth the price.

Great machine. I am so glad I bought it. What can I say; the power and taste of a coffeeshop in your own home. Easy to hook to a water source to bypass the use of the reservoir as well.

Package was split wide open on arrival; thin box, but machine seemed ok. The water tank didn't fit/work without pulling n pushing it around- just unsnug, but put up with it. After a week the steam wand flopped loosely, but still worked so we dismissed it. 2 weeks later was silent n stopped pushing out coffee. The steam wand still worked tho,lol. I sent it back but got shorted on the refund.=$374.03... We use this in my office - super easy - delicious espresso. Really appreciated the you tube support for set up and use

Love the machine. Makes excellent coffee. very pricey though

Never gets hot, leaks, water, makes tons of noise

We have the machine for three months and have been able to make 4 cups of cappuccino espresso. The repair guy (who is awesome) replaced the heating element, adjusted the pressure, changed the water chamber. Took the machine away 2 times, reinstalled and it didn't heat. It doesn't make consistent coffee pours when you push the button. Would not recommend this machine for anyone looking for a good machine. I hear there haven't had problems, but they even had to drill the hole larger for the water. I think we have a lemon, and the company has not replaced it, just keeps repairing it, which is annoying for a brand new machine,

Decent, basic “proper” coffee maker. Makes coffee like a high end machine, but they have made the cabinet and controls as cheap as possible to keep the price down. So if this is the hight of your budget then (mated with a quality grinder) it’s a good choice, but if budget less of a problem and you want a quality finish then rather buy a Simonelli Musica or (my favourite) a Rocket Appartemento

En el restaurante, en el espacio asignado para la cafetera, no tenemos una salida de agua para poder comprar una cafetera grande y hemos optado por esta opción. Llevamos casi un año con la cafetera y estamos muy contentos. Es una maquina profesional pero en tamaño reducido, y una solución perfecta para restaurantes, sobre todo si no quieren depender de los proveedores de café que te obligan a comprar una cantidad mínima de café al mes a precios desorbitados.
