Algebra 2 Common Core Student Edition

My son uses this book at school, but for some reason, they are not allowed to bring the textbook home. I believe other classes all share the same books. I ordered this book via the ISBN number on Amazon and my life has been so much easier ever since! No more Googling how to do problems - I can simply look up the problem type in the index and boom - turn to the chapter and learn how to do the problems - then I can teach it to my son. I also use the extra problems in the book to ensure that my son has fully grasped the concepts. His grades have greatly improved!

Book condition is the same as described.

i'm mainly posting because i'm wondering if i can still use this to study for my class even though it's the wrong version? (I was supposed to buy the version that isn't common core but i wouldn't want to waste it)

I have taken this book for my 10th Grade daughter. Binding, paper quality is very nice Content is very nice, examples are very nicely explained with graphical real life samples Enough exersizes are given for practice Cons - Some of the challenging questions, doesn't have proper answers given
