Buy this water pump do job once
Buy this one it's ac Delco and is a perfect fit and performs as it should for my 2007 tahoe ... I bought a cheaper option before this one and truck would still over heat i ended up replacing thermostat and radiator still no fix until I decided to buy this water pump it fixed it and is working now with no over heating

Bad bearing after 4000 miles

No gaskets, be prepared to buy.
Came in time, no gaskets so buyer be aware to buy gaskets. Water pump only had ac delco sticker so didnt look to generic but for 90 dollars, still cheaper then oreilys. Called and complain, amazon gave me a credit to buy new gaskets. Bought ac delco gaskets that came in ac delco bags. Generic. Took 3 hours, I recommend to buy jaw pliers (channel lock pliers) to remove the locks on the water pump hoses. Not bad job to replace. So far 2 days and no leaking since install. Installed on 2008 chevy tahoe. Love ac delco.

Perfect for my 2007 6.2l eacalade esv
It fit my 2007 eacalade esv perfectly I had a heavy grinding noise coming from my old oneIt took me about 40 minutes to install and be on the roadJust remember you will lose almost all of your coolant so remember to buy two jugs of coolant and have something to catch it with under your truckInstallation is straight forwardRemove drive beltRemove hoses connecting to the pump keeping in mind you’ll be losing almost all of your fluidRemove three bolts on eaither side of the pump for a total of 6Pull off the pumpRemember to clean the surface of the block and to remove any old gasketsAnd then do all that in reverseA good idea would be to use some high temp RTV to make the gasket to stay stuck on the pump for installationAnd minimize any possible leaksAlso remember to install a new thermostat while your at it since you’ll already have it apartFill with coolant get rid of any airAnd be back on the road
