Can you use wireless ear buds with it?

Dear , Thank you for your asking. The device has no Bluetooth function so it does't support wireless ear buds. Hope this will help. Best Regards Mymahdi Service Team

Is this newer version Bluetooth compatible

Dear Friend, This MP3 have not the Bluetooth Function. But we have another MP3 which have Bluetooth Function, you can try to find it in our store. Best regards,

I can't get the songs to download. Is there a manual with directions or a launch program?

Hi dear, Shall we know if you install a Micro SD card with the player, the player needs to run with a SD card. If not, please insert the SD card in the device and connect the computer with USB cable we provided. Then you will see a REMOVEABLE DISK, you can download music in your computer and transfer it to the device. Wish it could help. Mymahdi Service Team
