Does it have a problem with stability when used on tiles?

I wouldn't say stability so much but it is more difficult due to less friction. Carpet slows it down.

What is the weight limit?

I don't know for sure, but I weigh 115lbs, and it is great for me. Also, the Dude who uses it as well weighs around 200lbs, and he seems really happy on it.
