| Manufacturer Warranty Description | SureGuard warrants to the owner of each its products that if the laminate or fabric becomes damaged within a period of 10 years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, SureGuard will replace the protector provided the care instructions have been followed. The warranty covers the protector product only. Purchase receipt must be retained and presented to validate the warranty. For commercial purchases (non-household purchases) the warranty is reduced from 10 years to 2 years. All conditions and exclusions still apply. Exclusions - the warranty does not cover: (i) mattress protectors that have been neglected, mishandled or abused; (ii) stains or other damage caused by nail polish, inks cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, chemicals, alcohol or dyes; (iii) stains or other damage occurring prior to or during delivery or while the mattress is in or being moved into or out of storage or being moved between residences; (iv) damage caused by animal beaks, teeth or claws; (v) stains or other damage caused by or related to fire (including water damage), smoke, flood or other natural disaster, theft or vandalism, or any other loss that is covered under an insurance policy; or (vi) stains or other damage caused by structural problems or appliance malfunctions such as, but not limited to, leaks from the air conditioners, skylights, roofs water heaters or water pipes. |

Tempurpedic Mattress Protection
This is an excellent mattress protector for a tempurpedic mattress.And, a few months later, I am still very satisfied with the quality of this mattress protector. Specifically, it holds its shape well and stays put under my sheets. It is light in weight; yet, sturdy. It has deep gussets. It is waterproof. It washes well and there have been no dryer problems.Typically, I'm not impressed with mattress pads, one way or the other. But, I've had a bad experience to compare it with. Like I mentioned earlier, this is protecting my very expensive tempurpedic mattress. When I bought the mattress, I let the store's salesperson sell me the protection she said was necessary for my mattress. That mattress cover came with a warranty which I stupidly purchased. The price of the accessories started to pile on but one wants to protect their investment. So, I bought that mattress protector and its warranty. To my eyes, it looks the same as the one I am rating here. The problem is that, after just a few washes, that expensive insured mattress cover was loose and slipping and sliding off the mattress and not protecting it wholly. I turned in an insurance claim and it was denied. I was stupid to have bought it. I left a complaint at the sales department of the FURNITURE store where I bought the mattress and the accessories. The sales lady has not returned my calls. So, except to say this mattress cover looks the same, is reasonably priced, does what it says, and doesn't offer a useless warranty...I'm happy by comparison.Sure, I'd recommend it and I'd buy it again. One gets the sense of its breathability, it's subtleness. And, when you have a mattress that is molding itself to fit your body, you may want a mattress cover, like this one, that does get in the way. You want something that isn't an impediment to the fine nuances of your mattress experience. Ah! Time for a nap, don't you think?

I bought this protector after a newly adopted kitten had an accident on the bed. It fits well and is comfortable to sleep on.However, we have not had any accidents since then. So cant say for sure whether it can handle “situations”
