can i use it for skin creams?

Peel your skin off within 5 minutes? That's not an informed answer. If diluted properly it should work as a cream agent, the issue with powders is that the solution's volume is not as clear as with liquids and you may be off quite a bit when trying to aim for a 5 or 10% urea cream.

Does this product comes from animal or is man made?

Animal, make sure that you use it sparingly on your lawn as it can cause some burn to your plants. The other option is bone meal or horse/pig manure

check some commercial fertilizer labels for nitrogen(urea) content and go from there. It dissolves readily in water.
