While it DOES feel a bit plasticky as if it MIGHT break, if has held up well even when I had to dig out poop that had melted into and then frozen in the snow. The things we do for our beloved dogs... Having a piece of paper towel at the ready to clean off the tines if needed helps. The scooper works well as long as the poop isn't too mushy, in which case I wait until it has dried a bit. The size is good for me, but a tall person will have to bend over. It picks up one deposit at a time, so I clean up with a bucket lined with a plastic bag. It is a good tool to have.

Purchased in Feb 2020, and am now back to buy another because it finally gave out after almost 6 years, small plastic piece broke off the scoop. Was left outside and in the eliminates for almost 6 years without rusting. Worked well and accommodated 2-3 medium to large dogs worth of "stuff" throughout it's time. Will definitely buy again.

This is our 2nd buy on this. The first one did indeed break, after about a year of use. We do store it inside (garage) but the plastic piece that keeps it straight broke off. We were able to keep using it, until the habdle spring eventually broke. We ordered again because, even if we have to buy once a year, it's still so much more convenient than using a shovel! I use it and so does my son. Im 5'5 with short arms and he's 5'9 with long arms. It's a back saver for us both, and makes cleaning up after 2 large dogs so much easier! Easy to hose off after use too.

May be perfect for a person who is around 5’6”, but for a 5’11” & up, it’s too short. Picks up poop fine. The one I received, the locking bracket will not seat sturdily over the center section. The little tabs on the front & back won’t settle into the holes securely

We purchased this great little scooper on Amazon back in Dec 2020 under the brand name Balhvit (it's the same scooper as POOGOO). It served us well for 3.5 years in picking up the business of our 2 little Schipperke's, and is lightweight and easy to use, with powerful springs to pick up the messiest mess. Over time we lost a tooth inside the scooper, and part of the handle cracked. This was no doubt due to those times when the scooper would have to be knocked repeatedly against the poopcan to loosen the occasional sticky mess our doggies would grace us with. Despite the somewhat rough treatment - and the many years of outdoor use - the mechanism is still excellent, and the strong springs show no signs of rust. We like this scooper model so much we just bought a new one. We'll try to glue the handle and keep the old one for another area of the yard.

So far, so good.

Very good one , sturdy yet foldable design. But no puppy poop bag will fit inside, you will have to use a standard plastic bag. Not convenient for carrying around as well, its big.
