Intercultural Communication: A Contextual Approach Sixth Edition

Had to buy this as a resource for a master's class. Was thinking that this was going to be another boring book that I would have to plug through. However, to my surprise, this book is extremely well written and very interesting. I would recommend it even for lay persons who are not using it as a textbook.

Good content that reveals a lot of useful frameworks to encompass a very diverse field. Plenty of lab and self-assessment components to enrich self-awareness.

Th book arrived soon after ordering. It was a very clean text book at a very reasonable price.

Great book. I use it for teaching Intercultural Communication and having it online makes it easy to project some of the diagrams.

A lot of wear to this used book, with lots of writing from another student. Still update in content.

Dude, it is a textbook. Much theory, not a lot of practical applications for improving intercultural communication. The writing is clear and not overly scholarly or academic. Neuliep makes the subject approachable for students. Not recommended if you are looking to improve your ICC before a trip overseas.

Renting is a great option, but I didn't notice at first that it wasn't good for the entire semester. I had to pay more in order to have the book long enough to complete the course
