Do the 5 included nozzles go on the rotating nozzle or are they just extra nozzles?

This is a late answer but there are 6 nozzles total and they all have a quick connect end so you’d take the rotating nozzle off the end of the pressure washer wand and then clip in whichever nozzle you want to use. It’s super easy to change them out.

Will these nozzles work on a 1900psi, 1.2gpm high pressure washer?

They should as my Washer is approx 3000 psi.

how do you install the different nozzle tips?

All 6 nozzles have a quick connect end on them and it’s extremely easy to change them out if your pressure washer wand has a quick connect end on it. Just pull back the end on your wand and place whichever nozzle inside that you want to use then let go of the piece at the end of your wand and it locks the nozzle in.

where can I buy just the white nozzle

I don’t think you can. This is the cheapest way to replace a nozzle that I found
