The dimensions are as follows, Length x Height x Depth (at the base): 5.5” x 7” x 1”.

Does it have shower curtain clips as well as the writing on the box seem to indicate?

This product doesn't contain shower curtain clips. but the splash guard does have a built in clip attached for the shower curtain.

where can I purchase the large splash guard?

Don't bother with this splash guards. The adhesive is not good and they fall off. I tried to return the one I purchased but the seller would not allow me to return it!!! Don't buy for this seller!!
