Exactly what we needed
This is the perfect boat chair for my husband's Solo Skiff. The really good thing about its design is that it can be easily removed from the swivel base. The other great thing about the seat and base is that its all heavy duty plastic which I hope lasts along time in our salty air and water. Husband is very happy with this purchase.

Great boat seat
Seat was recommended by boat dealer, but he only had 1 in stock. Got a second matching one from Amazon at a better price. Also purchased the Quick Disconnect kit swivel mount thinking I needed to add it to the seat which already comes with one. I'm glad to have the extra mount though. It's light weight and the seats can easily be rotated to different mounts. I'll probably fasten the mount to the lid of an ice chest to make a comfortable portable seat. Seat is easy to install in boat, durable, and folds down. Nice product.

I bought three of them for the boat. They are solidly made, the quick disconnect system is solid and easy to use, plus the seats are comfortable!

High end seat. Nothing to corrode so it is good for use in salt water. I plan to buy1 or 2 more for use on my boat. Very comfortable.

He chair (seat) is great, I own two now. However, when I purchased it, it was suggested I also by the swivel. An extra $22.00. The seat comes with a swivel. Not shown or mentioned.
