These are helping me loose weight. You can't believe a half of one can fill you up but it does! I have breakfast. 1\2 of this for lunch and a reasonable dinner. Lots of water. 30 min of exercise a day. Down 10 lbs in 2 months. Slow. A lot more to go. Feeling awesome and not deprived.
