Did this come with a ebook explaining how to use these bands?? If not where can i get a book of exercises from?

Hi there, Many thanks for your inquiry! If you go to our official site at "tribe fitness usa . com" (no spaces) click on the first tab that says Workout eBook and you will see the instructions on how to download the workout guide. If you are still having trouble, feel free to reach out to us through our Amazon Contact Form: https://www.amazon.com/hz/help/contact/?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&sellerID=A2LOY8WQP8F9JM&_encoding=UTF8&ref_=v_sp_contact_seller& Thank you!

I'm looking at the ProSeries set and want to travel with it (carry-on suitcase). What size is the bag?

You can carry it in our suitcase.

what are the size and gauge of the clips? Are there replacements?

The clips are about 2-2.5” and a decent gage - about 8 or 9 gage. If replacement needed (clip) you could find the in any hardware store. I bought them to continue therapy on my shoulder but use them for entire body.
