The leaves are whole and not broken into small pieces, which makes it easy to toast them in oil or add them directly to dishes. I wasn’t sure these would give me the flavor profile that I was looking for. But to my surprise it did! I will definitely be buying these again and they last, I purchased this a year ago and still use today.

Dried are just never as good as fresh.
As dried curry leaves go, these are fine, butthere is just no comparison to fresh. I live in the boondocks, so I can rarely score the fresh leaves, and I do use this, but if you can get the fresh at an Indian grocery, I'd do that instead, for sure.
