Exact fit with two keys. Looks and works as advertised-highly recommend. Local locksmiths sell this with their labor so you never know what your paying for this lock. You can install this in 5 minutes without having any previous experience, it comes with a small (exploded) view schematic that shows you how to install it and the only tool you will need is a small monkey wrench to tighten up the retention screw on nut inside the mailbox door. You will need a screwdriver to remove the lock being replaced if you are replacing the original lock, or you may need the monkey wrench to remove the lock if it was previously replaced with a similar or like type lock.

Saved me the $100 that local locksmiths quoted to replace an old mailbox lock.

Received my package and all that was there were 10 packs of 10 blank keys. No locks sent at all

Fits perfect, but did not come with screws. Luckily I had some, but the reviews I read said it comes with screws so what's up, screws or no screws? TY, K
