Replaced the previous pump. Satisfied with purchase and works well for my 10ft x 10ft x 4ft koy pond.

Product faulty after only 48 hours of use in a clean pond
- Product faulty after only 48 hours of use in a clean pond. Product is showing code E05 which is supposed to mean the impeller needs cleaning, have thorougly cleaned impeller as per instructions and was even able to turn impeller manually with little force. However even after the above; product is still showing error code and refusing to turn on.

Forced to pay £26.00 return postage on faulty goods!
I was refunded for the faulty products but not for the costly postage required. No 'paid' postage label was offered. I seem to have no way of resolving this, so will be writing to Amazon head office.
