I ordered 2 sets, they came just as you said, with one exception, 2 of the coasters were cracked across the corner. Is there any solution?

None that I know of short of crazy glue. If they arrived cracked I would return them for replacements. Return of defective items is free and easy with Amazon. Note, we have had ours for several months now and love the way they look, but they are more fragile than thicker ones we have had. Drop them on the floor and they will break.

What is the maximum width for the hexagon, i.e. from one point fo the hexagon to the opposite point?

4 inches exactly. The flat edges are 3.5" across.

This picture shows round coasters but the reviews shows hexagons. What am I going to get?

The coasters I received were round. But, they were shown as round, I think.
