Great Product
The weighted ball is perfect for variation in exercises. There is little bounce and the material the ball is made of is durable. The color makes it easy to determine which weighted ball to use.

A calming sensory aid for my little one!
As a young mom, I cannot express how grateful I am for the ProsourceFit Weighted Toning Exercise Balls. My 4-year-old son has sensory processing disorder, and carrying these 3-pound balls has become his go-to for finding calmness and comfort. The weight of the balls provides just the right amount of pressure, helping him regulate his senses during overwhelming moments. It’s incredible how this simple tool has such a soothing effect on him. What I love about these exercise balls is their durability and soft, textured surface. They are safe for my son to handle, and the tactile stimulation they offer adds an extra sensory dimension. Not only do these balls benefit my son’s sensory needs, but I also use them in my workouts for toning and strengthening. They are compact, easy to grip, and provide great value for the price. If you’re a young mom or parent seeking a calming sensory aid for your little one, I highly recommend the ProsourceFit Weighted Toning Exercise Balls. They have been a game-changer in our household, offering both comfort and versatility.

Great!
Use this a lot. Bought to help with rehabbing my shoulder and am still using it for different exercises. Also strengthens your hands and fingers holding it so for me it’s a win! I have had it for a year now and it still looks new.

Careful where you store it.
Great for my PT but be careful not to leave on nice wood table. It caused damage to our dining table top. It caused a sticky gooey round ring and it took off some of our stain when I finally got it off with Dawn soapy water first, then Olive oil so not to damage my table more.

Exactly what I wanted
It’s exactly like the one I use in physical therapy. Soft enough to grip easy but not at all floppy. Perfect

Ballon lesté pour exercices de kiné
Très bon ballon de gym lesté, pour reproduire à la maison les exercices de rééducation que mon kiné m'a recommandés.

Go for it!
Perfect! Have been using in every training session since it arrived. The material is thick which provides a good grip. I bought the yellow ones as well (one weight higher) and will surely buy the more heavy ones once I feel my strength has improved. Great purchase!

Good
Small weighted ball sort of squishy has some sort of sand or something like that inside it. The outside is kind of squishy no problem at all. recommended
