Bought it. are there no ordinary tracks without shooting, just to enjoy vr? if so, where?

There is no option for ride only, but one can choose not to shoot. Even when we are building our own tracks the game automatically inserts the targets.

Can you play this on a ps5?

I cannot speak for others but the version I am selling will work on disc based PS5s

Can i play this version as a regular game and not a vr game?

Yes, you can with most all be games.
