There was condensation inside the case stored overnight, not a lot but enough to build up on my lenses? Is this normal?

Unless the case is completely purged of oxygen and filled with an inert gas like CO2, some condensation can build up. Try packing a small silicone desiccant pack in the case to absorb humidity.

The foam fills the bottom of the box in approximately 1 inch squares that can be separated to fit your camera shape.

Does the foam come precut?

There are two layers of "pick and pull" foam that is pre-scored into cubes that can be picked loose and pulled out to hold your item.
