Can it be used for cars?

I'm going to say no. You would want to get the paint # you would need to match your car off your cars vin # and get the pint that matches your car that way.

The paint is gloss or matte?

The bright colors are gloss the camouflage colors are matte

Can I use this paint on clothing? Like shirts or tote bags bags?

The paint will stiffen up the T-shirt once it dries. I would recommend maybe the toast and bag.
