Is this item quick/easy to fold?

Yes it’s really easy to fold up. My 8 year old does it on his own.

Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, the Dual Speed Rebounder arrives fully constructed. You just need to open to your required angle setting, and this can be adjusted very easily, you can be up and running in seconds. Thank you for your interest - The Football Flick Team.

Can this be used for tennis or are the holes too large?

Hole ok but very low for tennis

What is the purpose of the connector ? Do you need to buy it for it work more effectively?

Connecter is for the top corners to make sure your hitting them on target. I did not buy these with mine so no you don't need to get them.
