Hello there. If your a small 8, like more towards a 7.5 - 8, you should go with a Small. If you tend to be more towards an 8 - 8.5 go with a Medium. You don't want these to tight, as they will dig in. I hope this helps...Pmaldo

I ordered size Large and they are tight, maybe too tight, on my size 10 feet. Size chart for these fins shows men size 9-10 should be a Large. I would recommend large for you if you wear size 9 shoes.

How long is the warranty

I think it was for 30 days. I swam with these 4 days a week for an hour for about 3-4 months and noticed the rubber starting to split at a couple of openings so I ended up buying another brand later. I liked the style but they did not hold up that long.
