My geocache containers arrived in the time indicated. I registered them right away because the product description indicated that by doing so I could procure a free set of refills. The refills never came, and I just figured "Oh well-- bad job internet." I wasn't bothered enough to take action. Then, 6 months later, after I had completely forgotten about them, the refills did finally arrive. There was a letter included. The letter helped remind me that I was in a transaction with a person, not with The Internet, and that sometimes people find themselves dealing with challenging aspects of being human. The sender reached out and opened a small window into their own experience. In that moment I felt connected to them, and found myself silently encouraging them to continue striving to be their best self. This happened on a day when I needed to be reminded about compassion and what it means to be a person living on Planet Earth in 2018, making the encouragement reciprocal. The letter was honest and apologetic, and the sender requested that I post an honest review of my experience as their customer. So, this is it. In purchasing this product, I received from the seller the gift of being reminded that I am connected to people I may not know, in ways that are not always easy to understand. For me, it was a timely reminder. I am grateful. The product is perfect.

Exactly what I was looking for - these are the perfect urban caches to cling to those out of the way metal poles and pylons. Well made, they don't feel cheap, and the magnetic base pulls through the interior wall too - so the tiny metal core of the log sticks and makes it easy to remove/replace - so much easier than carrying tweezers everytime you go out! To top it all off - this is a real company run by real enthusiasts, I heard from them directly about the free refills (they are real and arrived rapidly!) and customer service has been stellar. Will buy again - can you make some different shapes and sizes in similar quality please?

Not sure what the other people that gave a negative review are talking about. I received mine and love them! Looking forward to hiding them fairly soon. They came with logs, they close nicely, and the seal is fine. I tested one on a metal pole outside my house on a night that we had a hard storm. Absolutely nothing wrong with the log. Great purchase!

My uncle got me into geocaching and so my wife and I have been doing it ever since we are up to 76+ found geocaches and will be placing our own when we get to 100! The build of these Nano Caches are superb! I am really happy they came with a log too! These were by far the cheapest on the market and from experience a good build in comparison to the other nano caches we have seen and found. Will definately recommend to other geocaching friends! Also customer service was really great!

Although we’ve seen slightly nicer nanos (knurled lids for easier opening) these are definitely worth the price! Their simple profile also makes them easy to modify into fake bolts, etc. The logs come wrapped on a wire “core” which keeps them in shape - it also tends to pull the log toward the magnet and therefore into the body of the container (which is a slight negative since winding the log small enough to fit in the lid is key to ease of replacement and longevity). We haven’t heard of any issues so perhaps the pro outweighs the con. The free replacement logs are a great bonus. It took a little longer to receive them then anticipated but we didn’t need them yet, so it wasn’t an issue. The vender explained the delay and graciously apologized. We will definitely be buying another set of these!

The nano geocachers love to hide, especially in urban areas. Great for street signs, lamp posts, park & grabs, etc. We hid one under a lamp post in a large public parking lot and on a street sign. The logs have stayed dry during rain and snow. Excellent quality and fast service. Thank you!

These perform exactly as you'd expect. Not much that can go wrong with them.
