Update (09/14/15) Looking below I have been a huge fan of gumdrop cases. However, their Ipad mini case is just absolute crap. I bought a new replacement frame 4/29/15 it broke 4 months late so on 8/19/15 I bought another replacement frame and it's already broke. Neither time did the iPad take any big fall at most it fell off the couch seat to the floor, what is that a 2 foot drop onto carpet. Very disappointed in mini case!I have 3 iPads a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I have gumdrop cases on all of them. Last night my son grabed his blanket unfortunately the iPad mini was wrapped inside and when he yanked the blanket off the couch the iPad flew up into air hit the wall and floor hard. I was so angry thinking the iPad had just been broken. It wasn't the case had cracked in 2 places from the force but the iPad inside was just like new.

Gumdrop cases are really great. My ipad survived numerous "attacks" from my kids because of them. I removed one star, because these frames seem to be less solid than the original one.

I've been through three of these things, and I'm finally through. They break *very* easily. If you buy this, it absolutely will break, and probably within the first month. I am not rough on my iPad, but the thing is, the case is suppose to be rugged. Terrible. Just terrible.

I bought these to replace ones that had been broken due to lots of wear and tear. They worked perfectly. Thank you!

the dimensions of the tech screen replacement were not the same as the original so the neoprene impact resistant outer case does not fit well
