Would this fit a 20 year old man?

Difficult one, it had to be reduced for my 6 year old grandson Depends on your build!!!!

The clip has broken, it is still within the 2 year warranty. How to I get a replacement?

No it wouldn’t it was too big for a five year old and the clasp wouldn’t stay done up Don’t waste your money!

does it come with a case?

No case but a great watch and if you loose bits Lego replace them for free
