I have Hashimotos/hypothyroid and my eyebrows have thinned a little. This has made them totally come back. I can see a difference in my lashes as well. Definitely recommend.

I first bought this from a beauty spa that does hair removal, facials, botox etc, I wanted something for srows feet and under eye wrinkles which finally showed up when I turned 55. No other eye moisturizer or product did anything for me and sometimes I'd get a break out as I have very sensitive skin. This product is pricey but worked so well I also got the Serum for my forehead wrinkles and rest of my face. Not greasy at all, no breakouts or redness. 100-% awesome product. I'm 59 and see no need for fillers, botox, or anything else! This eye serum is not a moisturizer. Its a fixer!

I use the factor five lash cream to maintain my eyelash length and beauty. It is very sensitive to the eyes and is very comfortable. I really enjoy it, and would recommend it to anyone.

I love factor five products but honestly couldn’t tell any difference after using it for four months. Just gave up.

Does not burn my eyes. Too soon to say that I notice any big change in the thickness or length of my lashes. I previously used Rodan & Fields Lash Boost and had fairly good results with that. But the difference between the two for me is no burn with Factor Five, the dispenser is nice and it works as an eye cream in addition to being a lash enhancer. I hope to see results after 30-days.

Factor Five Eye & Lash Cream with Human Skin Cell Factors is a white cream that’s nongreasy and feels rather lightweight to me. The cream is fragrance free and feels super gentle. My skin absorbs this cream quickly, and it doesn’t interfere with my makeup. This cream doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all, and it also doesn’t irritate or sting my eyes even though I’ve been applying this to my top lash line to see if it will promote growth. I like the closed container with a pump as it’s hygienic and keeps the product fresh, though I would prefer some type of wand or applicator to apply this to the base of my top lashes as I feel I get an imprecise application that’s wider than intended using my finger to apply it. I have naturally thick brows, but they were seeming thinner lately so I’ve also been applying this to my brows to see if it will promote growth. This cream makes my skin around my eyes feel soft, but I notice a bit of flakiness under my right eye that resolves with my usual eye creams but isn’t addressed by Factor Five. I’m in my late 50’s and just started getting crow’s feet last year, and I don’t see improvement once using this cream even though I usually get temporary plumping from sodium hyaluronate. Given my dry skin, I do prefer richer, firming creams. This cream seems better for normal to oily skin, at least in the short run. This Factor Five cream does have some good dry skin ingredients, such as sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, vitamin E and panthenol. It’s also unique as it has “human stem cell conditioned media.” I don’t claim to fully understand it’s potential, but if I understand correctly there’s recent research suggesting it may have benefits such as increased skin moisture content, improved skin texture and eye wrinkles and more. I have no idea if it’s the ingredient that’s supposed to promote lash and eyebrow growth. I’ve been using this three weeks and can’t tell if I’ve had lash growth. It kind of looks like it as they look lengthy with mascara, but I don’t see a dramatic difference so it makes me think they haven’t changed much or at all. My eyebrows do seem a bit thicker, but it’s hard to gauge as I still have mostly dark brows (despite all gray hair on my head), and the new growth I notice is mostly light. New gray hairs isn’t a big plus for me, but it would be a nice benefit for those not yet graying. This cream is gentle, has a pleasing but light texture and may have unique benefits. But it may take months to ascertain the full benefits (or not) and results will likely vary. Like it. 4 stars. This is a nice product but the device for the application process is very difficult to get a consistent amount of product each time.

Does nothing for my upper and lower eye area. However ,I put it on my eyebrows each night and my eyebrows have become much thicker.
