It’s delicious
If you’ve never tried truffles, you’re in for a treat. The flavor enhances many foods. I even experiment with it on other foods normally wouldn’t. Trust me. Try it, you’ll like it.

Acceptable, pleasant but not very strong truffle taste.
The product is palatable, but has a strong olive taste rather than a truffle taste.

Poor Quality control. Poorly fitting cap. Item arrived with scotch tape on top to hold it on.
The lid has a pressure button on it to indicate whether it has been opened or not. The seller apparently puts tape on the lid in an attempt to keep the ill fitting cap on and the button down. The first thing I noticed is that the cap wiggled and the button was up. I informed the seller and let them know I did not trust the product to be contamination free, and the seller requested a picture of the item to somehow prove... something, and mentioned that they use tape to keep the top on.... Just avoid this product and this seller. I'll take the $10 hit rather than waste any more time with the nonsense of trying to prove that I'm telling the truth about not trusting the quality of a single $10 purchase out of my $15k+ worth of annual amazon purchases.
