Does this contain iron

I believe this bottle does not contain iron however you can get one that has iron also.

the label I saw says 4 per serving is this right?

Yes, 4 per serving is correct. 62 servings per container. I usually have 2 of these plus a Citracal once or twice a day depending on my activity level.
